Poor Ottoman from their store

Not happy with this purchase. The Ottoman has multiple problems including missing major components. Quality is below expectations for the price. Very frustrated.

Okay Entertainment Center from the seller

Average Entertainment Center. It does what it's supposed to do but nothing special. The oak is nice but one screw was missing. For the price, it's acceptable but not outstanding.
